Phil is a replica of the genesis daleks from the 1975 Serieswith Tom Baker as the Dr.

He was made by Gareth as a presant for Ady. He is made from MDF PlyWood and Glass Fibre.

Phil is powered be an electric wheelchair and has motor driven eye and dome.
