The armour was put together by Luke out of a "FX Storm-trooper armour kit" as well as modified to meet sand-trooper requirements.

It is constructed of ABS vacuum formed plastic to replicate the one seen in the movie "Star Wars- A New Hope". The helmet is a "Master Replicas - Stunt Helmet", highly modified to look exactly like a sand-trooper helmet worn by the actor Davin Felth. The weapon (T-27S Light Long Range Repetitive Compact Marksman Blaster) used by the character, is constructed of an old folding gun stock, pluming pipe and a toy gun.
